Shipping Options

Currently we only ship within Australia. We offer the following shipping methods to provide flexibility and meet your needs:

Standard Shipping

  • Estimated Delivery: 5-7 business days
  • Cost: $15.00 (free for orders over $100

Express Shipping

  • Estimated Delivery: 2-3 business days
  • Cost: $20.00

We full-fill our orders via Sendle. Please note that shipping times are estimated and can vary based on your location, weather conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Processing Times

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before shipment. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is on its way, we’ll email you a tracking link so you can follow its journey to your doorstep. Tracking information may take 24 hours to update.

Additional Shipping Policies

  • P.O. Boxes: We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes 
  • Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Check names and contact details: Please check your contact details are correct to ensure you are notified of shipment status
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Once an order is marked as delivered, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages. We recommend reaching out to the carrier for assistance.

Returns

If you wish to return an item, please note that return shipping costs will be your responsibility. To initiate the process, kindly email us at meri.studios@outlook.com.
